This is a big beautiful “Journey” bowl but sadly it is a slight second because of the way the rim folded over as I spun out the shape.
It has blue, amber, teal and white colours
It is based on Aboriginal imagery
I like to keep the Journey pieces very thick so you can see all the different layers.
It is signed and dated
It stands 2000 cm high x 33cm across
and weighs over 3kg
it took hours to decorate so I am gutted that I wrecked it in the last 30 seconds of the process.
